About RNM Productions, LLC

RNM Productions, LLC is an independent production company dedicated to developing original work across film, theatre, publishing, education, and cultural programming. Rooted in storytelling and built through collaboration, the company creates projects designed to grow over time—artistically, culturally, and in their ability to reach wider audiences.
The company’s origins trace back many years, when RNM Productions first emerged as a sole proprietorship formed to support independent video and theatrical work. In that early phase, the company functioned as a flexible creative vehicle—allowing projects to be developed with autonomy, experimentation, and a strong sense of artistic integrity.
As the scope and ambition of the work expanded, so too did the need for a more formal production structure. In late 2025, RNM Productions transitioned into RNM Productions, LLC, reflecting a deliberate step forward: to support larger-scale projects, sustained partnerships, and increased responsibility across creative, financial, and operational dimensions.
Today, RNM Productions, LLC develops and supports projects at multiple stages—from early creative exploration to active distribution and public presentation. Each project is approached as a long-term creative investment, shaped through research, collaboration, and responsible planning rather than short-term outcomes. Whether producing a stage musical, publishing a children’s book, presenting a film festival, or delivering professional communication training, the company applies the same guiding principles: clarity of vision, respect for collaborators, and a commitment to meaningful storytelling.
RNM Productions, LLC operates at the intersection of artistic ambition and practical execution. Creative development is balanced with thoughtful production strategy, allowing projects to expand through workshops, educational programs, touring, licensing, and cross-platform adaptation when appropriate. This approach supports not only the work itself, but the people behind it—creating opportunities for artists, educators, technicians, and partners to engage in sustainable creative careers.
At its core, RNM Productions, LLC is guided by the belief that stories benefit from time, care, and room to evolve. By fostering collaboration and designing projects with continuity in mind, the company seeks to create work that resonates beyond a single moment—connecting audiences, encouraging dialogue, and contributing to a resilient creative ecosystem.
As RNM Productions, LLC enters this new chapter, the company builds on its independent roots while embracing broader opportunities, deeper partnerships, and more ambitious storytelling. The mission remains consistent with its founding spirit: to produce original work with purpose, integrity, and the capacity to endure.

Producer · Writer · Speaker · Executive Coach
Dramatists Guild · SAG-AFTRA · AEA

Robert Neal Marshall is a storyteller, producer, and executive communication coach whose career bridges stage, screen, and the corporate world. A graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Film and Television Production, Robert began his career internationally, working in Berlin with Regina Ziegler Productions before joining London producer Richard Armitage on the Olivier and Tony Award–winning Me and My Girl (starring Emma Thompson and Robert Lindsay) and High Society (with Natasha Richardson). He later directed Is There Life After High School? at the Donmar Warehouse, where it earned excellent reviews and a successful run. While in the United Kingdom, Robert founded the West End Theatre Softball League—created as a marketing event and modeled after Broadway’s teams—which remains active today.

His creative journey has always been guided by curiosity and connection. Accepted into the Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab, he brings the same qualities that make him a powerful presence on stage and in the classroom. A proud member of the Dramatists Guild, SAG-AFTRA, and Actors’ Equity, Robert’s own works include Rumpelstiltskin’s Daughter (produced regionally and at the Edinburgh Festival’s Assembly Rooms, now in development for London’s West End) and 41N 50W (exploring the Titanic hearings), developed in both the U.S. and U.K.

In film and television, Robert served as Casting Associate with Emmy® Award–winning Pat Moran, C.S.A., contributing to HBO’s Game Change (Emmy Award, Outstanding Casting) and Veep (Emmy nomination). His documentaries Back from the Light and Mr. Ocean Liner earned critical praise; the latter premiered aboard Queen Mary 2 and later screened at Lincoln Center. Cunard Line President Peter Shanks wrote, “We know audiences are in for a treat.”

Robert’s entrepreneurial spirit and consulting expertise shaped a parallel career in corporate training and communication. In Los Angeles, he founded PC Professor, one of the city’s first computer-training firms for creative professionals and small businesses, serving clients such as King World Productions and the California Association of Realtors. Relocating to Maryland, he added organizations including Blue Cross Blue Shield, SCM Chemicals, and Greenspring Health Services, and launched Singular Selections, an early e-commerce enterprise focused on transportation memorabilia and aviation collectibles. Simultaneously, he directed regional musicals, taught at Peabody Preparatory, and contributed arts features to The Baltimore Sun, Howard County Times, and The Columbia Flyer—blending technology, creativity, and communication long before such crossovers became common.

After several years of freelance engagements, Robert was appointed Executive Director of the Columbia Festival of the Arts, where he guided the nonprofit organization through the pandemic by transforming his independently founded Columbia Film Festival into a virtual platform that kept the arts alive when live performance was impossible. His leadership revitalized the Festival’s mission, restored its creative heartbeat, and ensured its successful return to live events—a case study in adaptability, collaboration, and the unifying power of the arts.

Today, through RNM Productions LLC, Robert continues to develop new theatrical and film projects while expanding his public speaking, executive coaching, and on-camera communication programs. A featured Cunard Insights guest lecturer for 17 years, he has inspired thousands worldwide with presentations that merge history, resilience, and storytelling. Caroline Mathieson, Cunard Entertainment Manager emerita, noted, “He is a warm and engaging speaker—professional and knowledgeable, both of which are without fault.”

A survivor of a 2013 cardiac arrest, Robert’s life embodies the message he now shares with audiences: creativity and courage are lifelong companions. A proud member of the Dramatists Guild, SAG-AFTRA, and Actors’ Equity Association, Robert Neal Marshall’s story is one of reinvention, resilience, and creative purpose— whether guiding executives, entertaining audiences, or mentoring the next generation of storytellers, his is a life dedicated to helping others rediscover their voice and to embrace every new chapter with authenticity, clarity, and heart.

With more than 20 years of experience working at the intersection of content, commerce, and audience engagement, Brian has built a reputation for helping brands, talent, and organizations clarify their message, expand their reach, and convert visibility into sustainable growth.

Brian’s professional foundation was forged in national and international publishing, where he
held senior sales and leadership positions with some of the most respected media brands in
the industry, including The New York Times Company, George Magazine, The Atlantic, Time
Inc/Fortune Money Group, Reader’s Digest, The New Republic, and The Financial Times of London.
Across these roles, he managed large multi-state territories, led sales teams, relaunched legacy
publications during periods of digital transformation, and worked directly with advertisers
navigating the shift from print to integrated, multi-platform campaigns.

In parallel with his publishing career, Brian developed extensive experience in advertising strategy and marketing consultancy, supporting high-profile clients such as Four Seasons Hotels, Oppenheimer Funds, UPS, Coors, DHL, Warner-Lambert, M&M Mars, and a range of creative and entrepreneurial ventures. His work consistently focused on aligning brand identity with audience insight—ensuring that messaging, placement, and creative execution served both storytelling and business objectives.

Brian’s expertise extends beyond traditional media into event planning and experiential marketing, where he spent nearly a decade designing and managing high-end events for top-tier catering and event firms in Pasadena, California. Adding further depth to his understanding of market positioning, Brian also worked as a residential Realtor®, representing buyers and sellers across multiple price points. In this role, he applied marketing, staging, negotiation, and narrative positioning skills to guide clients from listing through close, generating over $1.25 million in commission revenue in 2024 through individual and collaborative transactions. His approach is senior-level, collaborative, and highly strategic—grounded not in theory, but in decades of real-world execution across media, marketing, and live production environments. He is particularly well-suited to clients who need both creative insight and commercial discipline, and who value thoughtful guidance over one-size-fits-all solutions.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science and Speech Communications with a concentration in Marketing from Boston College, and received additional professional training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in both the United States and Italy—an experience that further reinforced his appreciation for craft, presentation, and experiential storytelling.
